Can I import existing customers?
Yes. You can add customers directly, or use PPB Capture to photograph diary pages and paperwork and review the extracted details before importing them.
What is PPB Capture?
PPB Capture reads photographed paperwork and handwritten records and proposes structured customer records. Every proposed record is reviewed and corrected by you before anything is imported.
Does ProPortalBusiness work alongside accounting software?
Yes. You can connect Sage Accounting and read your Sage contacts, sales invoices and outstanding balances into ProPortalBusiness — Sage stays the accounting source of truth, and ProPortalBusiness does not write back to it. Figures also export as CSV or PDF for your accountant or bookkeeper. ProPortalBusiness does not file returns to HMRC on your behalf.
